Connection design is carried out using Master Series and Limcon, which feature advanced capabilities and comply with the latest international design codes. All engineering software and design codes are regularly updated to their latest versions.

Our in-house program development team continuously creates user-friendly spreadsheet-based tools for engineers. These Excel-based programs undergo rigorous testing by our design experts, ensuring fast, precise, and cost-effective designs. They are widely used for designing specialized structural components, including connection design, mezzanine beams, joists, columns, crane beam girders (for single or multiple cranes), and composite beams.

Steel structures are modeled in 3D, designed, and detailed according to precise specifications. Design data is directly linked to Tekla Structures, enabling seamless steel detailing. This integration ensures the accurate transfer of information, minimizing errors and accelerating the fabrication drawing process. From the detailed 3D model in Tekla, NC data is generated and sent directly to NC machines, ensuring high precision in manufacturing all structural components.

For pre-engineered buildings, AMMCPlus, a dedicated American software, plays a key role in design, analysis, and detailing. Our in-house CAD application, AMMCCAD, is integrated with AMMCPlus, further enhancing efficiency by generating fast and accurate fabrication drawings for pre-engineered buildings and their components.
